Pay attention to the rhythm of your breath and count if you need to stay focused. Try to catch yourself when your mind wanders and bring your attention back to the breath. Don’t get frustrated if your mind does wander, though. It takes a lot of practice to get to a point where you can fully focus on your breath. Do this for at least 10 minutes.
